- Passive house standard
- Natural Ventilation due to central interior atrium over 4 floors
- Quick construction process: the construction progress was faster because prefabricated and preassembled elements were used. The primary construction was made with a steel skeleton construction.
- High insulation reducing running costs:
1.The buildings are fully watertight. They are sealed from underneath the building and underneath the slab to ensure a long-lasting performance. Like this no water can penetrate through the micro-cracks in the concrete to corrode the load-bearing structure.
2.The office building is additionally insulated to the ground to follow the demands of Passive-house criteria to ensure a better interior environment
